FAQs

1. How early should I book my appointment with you?
   The earlier you book, the better your chance of guaranteeing your desired time and date. Appointment times and dates are available on a first-come-first-served basis.

2. What are your prices?
   Please see above! For larger bookings, please email me, and a customized proposal will be created for you.

3. Do you charge a travel fee?
   Yes & No. Travel fees are charged at my discretion and are based on the travel time needed to reach a location. If your location takes longer than 20 minutes to reach, I charge based on the government mileage rate. Also, where parking, valet, or other fees may be incurred because of parking limitations, you will be held responsible for this payment, to be paid on the event date, regardless of the time taken to reach your location.

4. Do you take early morning appointments? No, I mean REALLY early…
   Yes! For any service requiring an arrival time before 8:30 a.m., an early morning fee of $50 per half hour will apply. Overnight accommodations must also be provided for an arrival time before 5:30 a.m.

5. What makeup do I need to have for my service?
   Nothing! I travel to your desired location with everything we will need. You do not need any of your own makeup for your service, but (although it is absolutely unnecessary) you are more than welcome to bring products you never do your makeup without.

6. How do I guarantee my date? Do I need a deposit? How much would it be?
   A deposit and a completed contract are required to get an appointment on the books. Your deposit will be a portion of your service fee, not an additional charge.

7. What if I have to cancel or change my date?
   Appointments canceled within a month forfeit the deposit made. Appointments canceled within a week are required to pay half of the total listed on the contract. Appointments canceled within 24 hours are required to pay the total listed on the contract in full. Appointment changes prior to a month out are allowed. Appointment changes within a month forfeit the deposit made, with a new deposit being required to hold the new date. I recommend not booking until you are sure of your details!

8. What are your accepted forms of payment? When is payment due?
   All credit cards are accepted, as well as cash, Venmo, & Cashapp. Checks or money orders are not valid forms of payment. Your total should be paid in full at the end of your service.

9. Is tip included?
   Tips are not included in your quoted prices and are always greatly appreciated.

10. I’m a bride, can I be the only one to get my makeup done?
    Absolutely!

11. I’m a bride and have an extremely large bridal party with a small window to get ready, can you still accommodate me?
    Yes! For larger bookings with less time, I do require an assistant, to be paid for by the client.

12. I need my hair done, can you help?
    I am not a hairstylist. For bridal parties or larger groups, I do have a few hair stylists who I work with, I’d be more than happy to share their information with you!
